CyberSentry can support the transition to new firewalls or a change of vendors, but this would be covered under a time and material engagement focused on the planning, design, and build out of changes.
Firewall management services are support by resources from CyberSentry SOC and engineering support teams. Access will be managed on an individual basis with no shared accounts.
